Our courts may be marked out for tennis, but we also use them for for all kinds of multi-sports, obstacle courses, games & relay races.
Try a Cardio Tennis class: a group exercise session (1hr) that’s done to music and features low-compression balls (easy to hit) as well as heart-rate monitors.
